The Zelestra Network Services Identity Manager is a third party security service which provides user account management for website providers. The following paragraphs of this user agreement are the Terms and Conditions that pertain to your use of the Identity Manager and are separate agreement between you and Zelestra.
You must be at least 13 years old to obtain or use an Identity Manager account. You agree not to use, provide a link to, or promote any offensive, abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, your service provider contacted, and appropriate civil authorities informed. The IP address of all logins, entries, and uploads are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that Zelestra has the right to remove, edit, or move any content at any time should they see fit. You agree that Zelestra retains the right to terminate your service at any time for any reason. You acknowledge that any and all user or other content provider supplied information on this website or any website that is linked directly or indirectly to or from this website expresses the views and opinions of the author and not of Zelestra, and hence Zelestra will not be held liable.
You agree to any and all information (including passwords), that you have entered or uploaded to the Identity Manager website, being stored in a database. Zelestra cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. Neither Zelestra nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Identity Manager website is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of the Identity Manager website. Without limiting the foregoing, the Identity Manager website is provided to you "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Zelestra also assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, browsing of, or downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Identity Manager website.
